Ethica in ChatGPT and Claude

Ask your AI assistant about compliance

Look up the training, policies and notices the law requires where your people work. If you use Ethica, ask about your own team too: who's overdue, what's due this month, and where the records are.

What you can ask

Anyone, no account needed

  • "What training does a 12-person company in California have to provide?"
  • "Which notices do New Jersey employers have to hand out every year?"
  • "We have staff in Ontario and New York City. What do we owe them?"

Each answer names who's covered, when it's due, the proof to keep and the official source, and links to the full results.

Ethica customers, after signing in

  • "Who on my team is overdue?"
  • "Has Maria signed the handbook yet?"
  • "Who still hasn't confirmed the Know Your Rights notice?"
  • "Where do I download the records for our audit?"

The first time you ask about your team, your assistant asks you to sign in to Ethica.

Requirement lookups are general information, not legal advice. Confirm each requirement with the official source linked in the answer.

Send the training and notices, and keep the proof

Ethica emails each person their training or notice, follows up until it's done, and keeps a dated record you can export.
