Your use of Ethica constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Binary Gardens Software, Inc. may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
These terms represent the entire agreement between your organization and Binary Gardens Software, Inc. regarding use of Ethica.
Ethica, including its software, workflows, and design elements, is owned by Binary Gardens Software, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport. Training access is delivered through secure tokenized links, and admin access is controlled through authenticated organization accounts.
You retain ownership of your content and data. We do not sell customer data. We may process data as needed to provide the service, maintain reliability, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
While we use appropriate safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting and storing data online.
You agree to use Ethica lawfully and only for authorized business or organizational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded training content and organizational usage comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your admin account and credentials. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and assign training content in your organization.
You represent that users accessing Ethica through your organization are authorized to do so.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Pricing, plan limits, and billing details are presented in-product and may be updated with notice. You may cancel your subscription according to the billing terms shown in your account.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ethica at any time. We may also restrict or suspend accounts in cases of abuse, misuse, or violations of these terms.
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Gardens Software, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
