Illinois's yearly harassment training, ready to assign

Every Illinois employer, with even one employee, must train everyone working in Illinois in sexual harassment prevention each calendar year. The Department of Human Rights publishes a model training. Ethica assigns it, follows up until it's done, and keeps each signed certificate.

The official Illinois course, ready to assign

Launch a course in Ethica and each employee gets an email with a link to the official course. When they finish, they upload the certificate it gives them, and it's kept on their record. Ethica sends the reminders and schedules the next round.
