Manitoba, Canada
The Accessibility for Manitobans Act requires every organization with an employee in Manitoba to train the people who serve or communicate with the public, and employers to give accommodation training to anyone who hires, supervises or manages. The Manitoba Accessibility Office publishes an online module for each standard, in English and French. Ethica assigns the right module to the right people and keeps each certificate.
Launch a course in Ethica and each employee gets an email with a link to the official course. When they finish, they upload the certificate it gives them, and it's kept on their record. Ethica sends the reminders and schedules the next round.

Each module meets the minimum the regulation sets, and the Office suggests pairing it with a review of your own accessibility policies. Customer service training also covers how to use any equipment or assistive devices you have, which only you can show.
Start a free 30-day trial, launch the training, and add your team. Ethica handles delivery, reminders, and the records you'd have to produce.
